Prior to entering the real estate industry Jake worked in the family business. L & A Metalworks Inc. A 60 employee business manufacturing equipment for the power generating industry which exported its products to the United States, Middle East, and South America. Jake gained valuable experience in all aspects of this business including operating large equipment, supervising field erection crews, dealing with customers and doing job estimates and project management. In his early twenties, Jake craved the independence of running his own business and realizing on some ambitious financial goals. Jake surveyed the local business community and determined that the independence of the real estate world and its earnings model of paying for performance held the most promise for him to fulfill his life and career goals. Jake has been a resident of Fredericton for 36 years and has been a realtor with EXIT Realty for 14 years. During the 14 years as a realtor Jake has created invaluable relationships revolving around the industry to help guide his clients through one of the biggest transactions they will ever make. Jake has volunteered in numerous charity events around the community and looks forward in continuing to do so.
Chris grew up in Saint John and spent four and a half years in Saint John’s, Nfld. before returning to plant roots in Fredericton.
Chris’s greatest accomplishment would be his family – his wife Sandra and their sons Kaleb and Jacob.
